King County Executive Dow Constantine calls for comprehensive immigration reform. The April 10 Rally in Seattle for immigration reform in Occidental Park drew a diverse group of between 7,000-9,000 people from across the state. The rally was sponsored by Washington Immigration Reform Coaltion (WIRC).
