''Bush is Bankrupt''-Vocabulary Lesson

Ever since Bill Gates' father worried out loud about the rovians putting the federal government hopelessly into the red, I couldn't stop thinking about the concept of bankruptcy. Then yesterday Bush makes a sarcastic comment (scroll down past the bullshit to the first question) that was intended to be funny, just seconds after answering a question about his estimate of the civilian death count in Iraq. Reading about it, I realized the word describes Bush's connection to our sense of morality, as well. This is obvious to everyone except the rovians and their base. Thanks to Sirotablog for the tip.
